Web Sites and Portal Hosting Experience – Expert
Knowledge of full application life cycle. – Expert
Design Patterns – Expert
Hands on Experience of UML – Expert
Should have played at least 2 years of Technical Architect role.- Expert
Should have hands on experience in using enterprise library features - Expert
Should be able to quickly translate requirements in to technical design – Expert
Service-oriented Architecture (SOA) - Expert
Model Driven Architecture (MDA) - Competent

Knowledge of design tools and methodologies preferred.
A deep understanding of and experience with Visual Studio 2008.
Experience with .Net 3.5 including Windows Workflow Foundation and Windows Communication Framework will be a big plus.
