Strong OOD/OOP skills, and experience applying modern design patterns.
Experience with .NET architecture (CLR, GC, and C# programming)
Application architecture designing
Ensure implementing good development practices and code review
Preparing technical design documents
Experience in Web based or Windows based Applications development, preferably web based applications.
Experience with Web Services and multi-tier distributed systems
Exposure to MSBuild scripting and Build Management System preferred
Microsoft Certifications will be a plus
Strong People/Team Management skills
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
5 to 8 years experience.
Education: BE, B.Tech (ECE / CS/ IT), MCA
